Assalamu alaikum wr wb
As reading the thread in Debates on Organic Food I came across this in my head. Now is it better to be healthy and eat healthy foods sticking only to organic foods and natural home made and home grown foods, watching your diet and how much food you eat and drink, all 100% sugar free or organic and healthy for you and here you are a fit person and a person that is small... is this more natural or more pleasing to you ?

Is it better to look like you're healthy, but you're not healthy because you're considered fake. Why are you considered a fake? because you eat all chemical hormone pumped up foods, foods that have high additives and preservatives and color and flavors, and foods that have high in sugar and spices and foods that have lots of grease and lots of fat and there are tons of chemicals pumped within it, in your dairy products, in your meats, in the fruits and vegetables, even in your breads and pastas, and pizza and in all the juices you drink... all of it has chemicals in it and something in it to alter you to make you unnatural yet people look like they're ok on the outside a bit, they're growing abnormally yet its seen as normal, you're 7 feet tall and you wear a size 13 shoe size... and you're only in your teens and yet you are way over 140-150 pounds and that's seems as normal or healthy or that its ok for a child that is seven years old to eat a package of hot dogs and a bag of chips and 12 glasses of milk in order for them to be 65-70 pounds, and this is seen as healthy...
why is being heavy seen as being healthy in ppl's eyes?
why is it that some ppl say well look at so and so, and how much they're eating and how healthy they look? and im like they're not healthy cuz they're big, that's not even real, that's fake and they have so much chemicals inside of them its making them that way that they are. Now if a parent wants to feed their child all these chemical types of foods that their problem but dont be telling me that I should do the same thing to fit into the crowd or go with the flow because i dont like the way the flow is going and i dont definitely want my children to have those chemicals inside of them, who knows what they'll turn out to be in years from now just from those chemicals, there might be no problem right now but later on it might be discovered that these chemicals inside these foods are not only unnatural to the body but also to the mind and soul and that its also bad for you, and that it could make you act strangely or act differently or make you more paranoid or make you jittery or act really weird just based on the foods you ate as you were growing up.. because that is apart of you and we are what we eat....
Ok a little nibble here and there might be fine, but all the time on a day to day basis daily you end up eating the same thing over and over again and you are following those schedules of where you are eating these chemical based foods all the time and despite you are required to eat a certain amount of the four food groups daily, you are eating at least twice or four times that amount because of these chemical foods, and to others you are seemed as this healthy kid and you wish your kid had that much energy and being excited to love food like you do, but do they really love that stuff or is it just programmed within their heads that they need to eat this way in order to survive and live and get through life... that they need to eat this, they dont know why, just that they need to do it to stay where they are and you're not getting any shorter just taller and tall is good and big is good and you're seen as healthy and big and strong and tough, and brave and that's what a lot of people want for their children yet they dont see the dangers and harms within it, they dont think about it nor do they want to think about it as you point out to them the dangers behind it they push you away and say you dont know what you're talking about and as long as they're fit or they look good they feel good kind of thing yet you say that's not enough for them to look good they'll feel good what if they look good yet they dont feel good, are they expected to feel good? and some say yes of course if they look good they should feel good and i say well some dont feel good if they look like they're healthy cuz just because you look it doesnt mean you are it, you need to really be healthy and its not by eating all these fake foods that wont help you but by eating all natural organic foods that have no chemicals in them at all that way that will assure you a long life as well as a healthy one, one where you wont have problems growing up with your thinking or the way you are... and this way even if you are seen as this small person that has a fast metabolism at least you know in your heart and you feel that you are doing the right thing cuz its your body.... YES...but Allah swt gave you that body as a trust that you feed it right and feed it properly and take care of it... which is what you should be doing instead of just feeding it junk, like a pig eating garbage, what are you ? are you a real person that will eat the right foods or are you a pig that will just eat garbage after garbage even if its good for you or not you'll just eat it and even if its killing your body you'll eat it as in the media they say its better to look healthy and be fake, cuz fake is accepted and normal yet being natural, all natural despite it might be normal in the world its not accepted within the society or community cuz they'll need you to be fake in order for their sales and advertisements to go up and be in business yet if it was natural they wouldnt have the business, so thats why they are out there doing that...
and we're falling for it cuz we're allowing it to happen..
though if we all start buying organic food and eating naturally, all these chemically foods will die down as no one will want anything to do with it, and they will go out of business, meaning more room for organic and natural foods to come in and perhaps not this generation but the next one can start growing right, the natural way...the healthy health way rather than the healthy fake way.
