I was wondering if anyone knew what that machine is called used in hospitals where the doctor places two things on a persons chest which are then attached to another piece of equipment which sends electric shock to the person. I think its used to revive a persons heart or somehting. Please let me know

i believe you're referring to a "defibrillator", and yes, it's basic purpose is to "revive" someones heart, or get it going at a normal rhythm again.
