Assalamu ‘alykum,
Someone PLEASE ANSWER THESE 2 QUESTIONS WITH EVIDENCES
Whats is eeman?
Is it belief in the heart, verbal proclamation and action
Or is it
Belief in the heart and verbal proclamation only?
Is there a difference between the scholars of ahlul sunnah on this, because the salafees claim that eemaan is belief in the heart, verbal proclamation and action.
And are there any ACTIONS in islam that would take a person out of the fold of Islam REGARDLESS of what is in his heart e.g if a MUSLIM commits suicide then he becomes a kafir and goes to hell, or if a person does black magic then he is becomes a kafir even though he has the belief of a muslim in his heart. So are there any actions of kufr, regardless of belief and if so what are they? Is there a difference of opinion on this issue also amongst the scholars of ahlul sunnah because for example Ahmed bin hanbal believed that if a person misses a fard salaah without a valid reason he becomes a kafir but the other imams did not believe this, but besides the issue of salaah are there any other actions that take a person out of the fold of islam regardless of whether he believes in Islam his heart?
May Allah reward you.
Was salaam.
