Dar Al-Mustafa is shafi only.

At Madrasah In'aamiyyah, it is primarly english, but you learn arabic, and by the time you graduate, you would be fluent in arabic.

If you want 100% Arabic medium of instruction, go to Syria. Mahad al-Fath is the place to go. You need to be fluent in Arabic already though.

However, al Madrassa In'aamiyah, you will know Arabic, since all of the major texts will be studied in their original Arabic. They will just be taught and explained in English/Urdu.
