I am writing a article and need help with sourcing (exact book, volume, hadith number and page number found) some ahadith dealing with racism. The ahadith are as follows:
it is reported after a disagreement between Abu Dharr and Bilal, Abu Dharr in an attempt to insult Bilal said, "You son of a black woman." The messenger of Allah was extremely upset by Abu Dharr's comments, so the prophet rebuked Abu Dharr by saying,
"That is too much Abu Dharr. He who has a white mother has no advantage which makes him better than the son of a black mother."
Abu Dharr was so moved by this he went and placed his head on the ground swearing that he would not raise it until Bilal had put his foot over it.
"The believers, in their love, mutual kindness, and close ties, are like one body; when any part complains, the whole body responds to it with wakefulness and fever"
Also if any other hadith dealing with racism could be provided with sources I would appreciate it greatly.
