In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful.

Assalamu alaykum!

Where can I find a good, reliable book on Hanafi fiqh on the internet, but also containing hadith evidences for the rulings? By reliable I mean it could be relied upon by a layman like me. It could be either in English or Arabic.

Jazakumallah khaira.

:salam:

From your brief post I would suggest Fiqh Al-Imam (as linked to in the prior post). It contains a lot of detailed information about how and why rulings are made within the Hanafi school.

I don't think the Nur-al-Idah is available online, and I'm not sure it's a text that could be learned simply by reading - one would really need a teacher.

How about this: http://www.alinaam.org.za/bahishti/bahishti.html
But there are no hadith references in that book. Okay, I just want to know the method of prayer in Hanafi school, ALONG with hadith evidences.

As a general note for us all. Sheikh Nuh mentioned in his translation Reliance of the Traveler, that the people in the past didn't go around asking the 'ulema for their evidences.

Hanafi salaat with evidences can be found here: [Hanafi Salat with Evidence (http://www.ummah.net/Al_adaab/salaah.html) ]

By the way, don't expect to show this to any "salafi" hoping he will get an epiphany, as they consider these ahadith as weak or fabricated.

salaam.

Assalaamu alaikum,

Brother banana. Presently there's hardly any book available giving detailed info on Hanafi Way of Salah in a complete manner[Correction, on the Internet I mean ] . However, if you can get it, get I'laa ulsunnan by Sheikh Zafar Ahmed Uthmani (Rahimahullah). It's a volumous 21 volumes set. However, if you just get the matn, then it's the very first volume containing Kitabus Salaah

Okay, I just want to know the method of prayer in Hanafi school, ALONG with hadith evidences. Riyad ul Haq produced a fine refutation of salafi complaints of hanafi prayer.
