Then why do people hate them?? I like the Sheikh and Ustadh Aisha Bewley mashAllah they're great scholars from what i read from them.

Asalaamualaykum, The Murabitun are a group of muslims who are doing there best of introducing Islam wherever they find themselves , The leader is shaykh abdal qadir as sufi who became muslim with sidi abdal haq bewley at the hands of the shadhilliyah-darqawiya-habibiyah tariqah in the late 1960s , there work of dawah is amazing and has seen many a great name enter islam including sidi hamzah yusuf who used to live with shaykh abdal qadir as sufi many years ago.
The Murabitun due to there intence study and resurch have discovered many things which the ummah has lost one of them the implimentation of the gold and silver currency of islam that being the dinar and dirham, this subject is very sticky for some as due to difference of fiqh has caused many a word of fitnah against the murabitun.
What i can say as a member of the murabitun is that we are just muslims with a goal, our goal is to spread islam everywhere and not just by tongue but by the limbs , in our actions , from the simple worship of ALLAH to the trade that we do , what you will see among the murabitun is many communities spread across the globe from chiapas-mexico to indonesia , all these communities share this common goal of establishing islam and making people aware that islam is for everyone who wants it.
All groups of muslims are subjected to fitnah thats the test by ALLAH, just as the great khalifs had there fitnahs and dealt with them we have had ours and dealt with them mashallah , i suppose some muslims do get a little upset when they get exposed due to subjects of a nature that dont actulay benefit muslims , for example it is well known among certain people that shaykh abdal qadir as sufi is very much against the waiting on the mahdi syndrome , as he feels thats sitting about waitning for the mahdi is actualy not benefitting anyone , there is no where in the quraan that tells us we should sit and wait for the madhi to arrive, when you hear people say " oh well what can we do, lets just wait for the mahdi because we cant establish islam until he comes" , this kind of statments do not benefit muslims , we do not as muslims sit on our backsides and wait! ALLAH has given us everything by his leave to do the job of calling people to islam and actulay establish islam.
Many people have said that the mahdi is here right now and some claim to have met the imam mahdi and have even given dates to as when he is going to arrive , and each time the date arrives and no imam has come, nothing is said!?
The Murabitun are about action now! do now! dont fall into the traps of waiting because you could be waiting all your life?
Among the many subjects people discuss about the murabitun one of them being the subject of riba [ usury ] , Remember what Allah said about usury:

2:275 -279 "Those who devour usury will not stand except as stand one whom the Evil one by his touch Hath driven to madness. That is because they say: "Trade is like usury," but Allah hath permitted trade and forbidden usury. Those who after receiving direction from their Lord, desist, shall be pardoned for the past; their case is for Allah (to judge); but those who repeat (The offence) are companions of the Fire: They will abide therein (for ever). Allah will deprive usury of all blessing, but will give increase for deeds of charity: For He loveth not creatures ungrateful and wicked. Those who believe, and do deeds of righteousness, and establish regular prayers and regular charity, will have their reward with their Lord: on them shall be no fear, nor shall they grieve. O ye who believe! Fear Allah, and give up what remains of your demand for usury, if ye are indeed believers. If ye do it not, Take notice of war from Allah and His Messenger: But if ye turn back, ye shall have your capital sums: Deal not unjustly, and ye shall not be dealt with unjustly. "


3:130 "O ye who believe! Devour not usury, doubled and multiplied; but fear Allah; that ye may (really) prosper. "


4:161 "That they took usury, though they were forbidden; and that they devoured men's substance wrongfully;- we have prepared for those among them who reject faith a grievous punishment. "

so you see the subject to riba is a very important one , when muslims fully realise that our power in the world today is our wealth , the sooner muslims re establish the islamic trade routes and trade laws, the dollar and other false currencies will collapse Inshallah.

We ask ALLAH to bless and protect all muslims , we ask ALLAH that he give us all the strenth to carry out his word with full conviction of the heart, may ALLAH bless and guide us all ameen.

I don't know of anyone who hates them, but i know a lot of people who strongly disagree with them.

Muslims in our generation need to learn to focus on ideas instead of attacking persons or personalities.

They are good people. I dont know anyone who hates them. You can have disagreements with anyone it is part of Deen as long as you obey etiquette. Alhamdullilah some of his mureeds best Sufis i ever met.
