Imam Nimawi (rahmatullahi alaih) - (1278-1322 AH)Dhaheer Ahsan bin Ali Nimawi, of Nimi, a village in Adheem Abad, India.

He was born in 1278 AH in Salihpur, Bihar. He be-gan his studies at a young age and traveled to Luckhnow, where he was instructed by a number of ‘ulamā including the famed Allamah Abdul Hayy Luckhnawi, Hafidh Muhammad Abdullah Ghazipuri, Muhad-dith Muhammad Saeed Adheemabadi, Mu-haddith Qutb al Zaman and Shah Muham-mad Fadhlur Rahman Muradabadi. He once dreamt that he was carrying the Prophet’s noble body in a funeral. He died in 1322 A.H. May Allāh shower his mercy upon him
