What exactly do you mean make an off topic forum?

Do you mean a Random talk on anything random that comes up?

That would fall into the General forum and when you get approved to the only gender rooms you can post all the off topics as you like in the gender only forums.

I don't think it's in the plans for the Mods and Admins to be adding an off topic forum right about now, but JazakuAllahkhairun for the suggestion.
