Check your local Islamic bookstore, they have Qurans that are color coded explaining you the rules.

Assalamu alaikum.
I used to think that to learn tajwid is obligatory for every muslim (fardi ayn).
Today I found an answer in sunnipath.com (http://qa.sunnipath.com/issue_view.asp?HD=1&ID=2330&CATE=32) regarding this issue which says tajwid is an emphasized sunna.
Can you elaborate on this? So, is not the knowledge of tajwid that is to know how to read the Qur'an correctly, obligatory?
wassalam,
Abdugafur.
