I've heard good things about the Darul Aqram schools. You can get their number from http://www.isgh.org/schools.cfm
there website seems to be down right now but you can check back later its

mihouston.com is a fulltime madrasah for hifz ul Quran and i also heard they are starting a alim course inshallah

That is Madrasa Islamiah (mislamiah.org). It just has Hifz classes for now, no "Islamic schoool."

What specifically do you mean about `Atif? He runs the radio program, though I don't think he runs an Islamic school.

There is an online Islamic School (http://www.quranreading.com) where you can learn Quran Recitation (http://www.quranreading.com) live from trained Qur'an tutors.
