Miracle cure for anything that ails you:

Headaches - Fish - Eat plenty of fish - fish oil helps prevent
headaches. So does ginger, which reduces inflammation and pain.

High Fever - Yogurt - Eat lots of yogurt before pollen season.

Strokes - Tea - Prevent buildup of fatty deposits on artery walls with
regular doses of tea.

Insomnia - Honey - Use honey as a tranquilizer and sedative.

Asthma - Onions - Eating onions helps ease constriction of bronchial
tubes.

So Doc Sb. now you can prescribe bananas for upset stomach instead of Euzar forte//sipan etc :)

TO gain more shifa and try using sadaqat as catalyst ....
