true, but someone already tried and he quite clearly stated that the website is not for fiqh, but for theology and orthodox islam. someone asked a fiqh question and he did not respond to it.

i step down. i suppose the site has been primarily set up to show that true hanbalis have nothing to do with salafis. also Shaykh Musa Furbers page is excellent.

I have asked some hanbalis (Including Musa fruber and abu jafar alhanbali) and I think thts become the standard hanbali answer....no and no. ... does the hanbali madhab even exist now like the other 3 do with proper instituitions, etc., I have yet to see some concrete proof. I dont mean any criticism but if anyone has some info please share. thanks.

To be honest I think it lacks the apparatus that some of the other schools have for contemporary fiqh issues, so it's harder for it to propogate. A lot of "salafis" are hanbali in fiqh though (validly so).

So the question is that the people who call to the salafi dawah have (or better yet follow) the fiqh of Imam Ahmed (rahimallah)

Or a better ascription (IMHO athariyah)
