I just love his Taraweeh Prayers. Especially his older recordings. Out of all the Taraweeh Imams, I think he cries the most in his prayers. I also love his speed. Just perfect. Not too slow and not too fast.

Masha'Allah! I never heard this sheikh recite Qur'an. I believe his was the dua that was put out on a flash film a few years ago stating that he was arrested after making it? Is this the same man?

Totally agree with you...his recitation is amazing.I have the entire qur'an in the old version (tapes) and makes your hair stand on end. It's the feeling and emotion he puts into his reading...fantastic speed...powerful

:salam:

I thought you were very strict when it came to Tajweed Maulana?

I have a Tape set of his whole Quran recitation, given to me by an Arab brother many years ago. I memorized the first quarter of the first Juz by listening to his recitation. Shaykh Muhaysni's style is beautiful and moving. However, he recites very Majhool.

eTeacher, has someone fast-forwarded his recitation? I feel as if that isn't his real voice but rather someone has increased the speed of the sound file, making his voice higher pitched.... or am I wrong?

good recitation masha'allah; he balances both speed with accuracy; most people when they speed up, they lose meaning or crush words together; but he is great; masha'llah, allahu akbar alhamdulilah; do you have any more links, brother, please??
