YOU ALL ARE WELCOME TO READ THE DIRECTIONS ALLAH GAVE PROPHET MUHAMMAD TO THE STRAIGHT PATH AT: DoYouKnowYourReligion@groups.msn.com The speech of Allah (SWT) to the Prophet (SAW) also applies to the Ummah. To establish the rule of Allah entails the establishment of the State and the appointment of a Khalifah, who governs according to Islam. It is incumbent upon the Muslims to establish a state and appoint a leader who applies Islam. The appointment of such a Khalifah is obtained through the Bay'aa. It has been reported on the authority of Nafi that Abdullah ibn Umar said: I heard the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) say: "One who dies without having bound himself by an oath of allegiance (to an Amir) will die the death of one belonging to the days of Jahiliyyah." (Muslim) It has been Narrated on the authority of Abdullah b Amir b al-As that he heard the Prophet (SAW) say: "He who swears allegiance to a Khalifah should give him the pledge of his hand and the sincerity of his heart (i.e. submit to him both outwardly as well as inwardly). He should obey him to the best of his capacity. If another man comes forward (as claim ant to Khalifah) disputing his authority, they (the Muslims) should behead the latter." (Muslim) In accordance with Islam, it is the duty of the Muslims worldwide to elect a Khalifah. Such an appointment is seen as a duty (fard) similar to all other duties within Islam. The duty is seen as inevitable, and any divergence from the path is considered a grave sin, and therefore any neglect of this duty will be punished accordingly. The establishment of a Khilafah is seen as vital, because without it Islam cannot possibly be applied. Such factors as: the weakness and deterioration of the Muslim world; the collapse of the Khilafah; the application of Kufr systems in Muslim countries; the removal of Islam from life; the control of Kufr over the Muslim land; the division of the state into weak countries ruled by agents of the unbelievers; the establishment of Israel plunging itself like a sword into our heart; and the submissive attitude of the Muslims towards Israel; has led the sincere and conscious sons of the great Ummah to think about this terrible situation; to analyze and study the reasons for such a development; to study the various movements (Islamic and Nationalistic) which were formed in order to save the Muslim world, and the reasons why they failed; to study the large influential moments throughout history and the reasons for their success; and to study Islam in depth by referring to the Qur'an, the Sunnah, Jihad (exertion on the text) of the Muslim scholars, and the example of how the Prophet (SAW) established the Islamic State ACTION SPEAKS LOUDER THEN WORDS Derived from the Qur'an and the prophetic tradition (Sunnah), there are 4 main categories of Shirk in Islam. Shirk in Rubūbīyah (Lordship) This category of Shirk refers to either the belief that others share Allah's Lordship over creation as His equal or near equal, or to the belief that there exists no Lord over creation at all. Shirk by Association This is the shirk concerned with associating 'others' with Allah. Among some Muslim people, Shirk in Ruboobeeyah is manifested in their belief that the souls of saints and other righteous humans can affect the affairs of this world, even after their deaths. Their souls, it is believed, can fulfill one's needs, and remove calamities and aid whoever calls on them. Therefore, grave worshippers assign to human souls the divine ability to cause events in this life, which in fact only Allah can cause. Some wahabi cults use this word against Shia Muslims claiming that 'they worship at the graves of the imams (religious leaders) or call upon them for aid'. These claims are dismissed as slander and distortions as shias point out many of the graves are inside mosques where all Muslims go to pray (to Allah alone), they strongly dispel the "slanderous claims that they pray to these imams or actually ask them for help- calling the names of these saint like figures is an expression of love not worship just as all Muslims cry O' Muhammad in and expression of admiration." They also argue that such Wahabi groups base their cult like teachings on defaming or fauging false narrations against shias, hoping to indoctrinate Sunnis. Shirk by Negation This sub-category represents the various philosophies and ideologies that deny the existence of Allah either explicitly or implicitly. That is, in some cases Allah's non-existence is stated (Atheism), while in other cases His existence is claimed, but the way in which He is conceived actually denies His existence (Pantheism). Shirk in al-Asma was-Sifat (the Names and Attributes of Allah) Shirk in this category includes both the common pagan practice of giving Allah the attributes of His creation as well as the act of giving created beings Allah's names and attributes. Shirk by Humanization In this aspect of Shirk in al-Asma was-Sifat, Allah is given the form and qualities of human beings and animals. Due to man's superiority over animals, the human form is more commonly used by idolaters to represent Allah in creation. Consequently, the image of the Creator is often painted, moulded or carved in the shape of human beings possessing the physical features of those who worship them. Shirk by Deification This form of Shirk in al-Asma was-Sifat relates to cases where created beings or things are given or claim Allah's names or His attributes. For example, it was the practice of the ancient Arabs to worship idols whose names were derived from the names of Allah. Their main three idols were: al-Lat taken from Allah's name al-Elah, al-'Uzza taken from al-'Aziz and al-Manat taken from al-Mannan. During Muhammad's era there was also a man in a region of Arabia called Yamamah, who claimed to be a prophet and took the name Rahman which, in Islam, belongs only to Allah. Shirk In al-'Ibadah (Worship) In this category of Shirk, acts of worship are directed to other than Allah and the reward for worship is sought from the creation instead of the Creator. As in the case of the previous categories, Shirk in al-'Ibadah has two main aspects. Ash-Shirk al-Akbar (Major Shirk) This form of Shirk occurs when any act of worship is directed to other than Allah. It represents the most obvious form of idolatry which the prophets were specifically sent by Allah to call the masses of mankind away from. Ash-Shirk al-Asghar (Minor Shirk) · Minor Shirk Mahmud ibn Lubayd reported, "Allah's messenger (peace be upon him) said: "The thing I fear for you the most is ash-Shirk al-Asghar (minor shirk)." The companions asked "Oh! messenger of Allah, what is minor Shirk?" He replied "Ar-Riya (showing off), for verily Allah will say on the Day of Resurrection when people are receiving their rewards, 'Go to those for whom you were showing off in the material world and see if you can find any reward from them." · Secret Shirk Mahmud ibn Lubayd also said, "The Prophet (peace be upon him) came out and announced, 'O people, beware of secret Shirk!' The people asked, 'O messenger of Allah, what is secret Shirk?' He replied, 'When a man gets up to pray and strives to beautify his prayer because people are looking at him; that is secret Shirk." Ar-Riya Riya is the practice of performing any of the various forms of worship in order to be seen and praised by people. This sin destroys all the benefits that lie in righteous deeds and brings on the one who commits it a serious punishment. Any other State that calls its self a Islam State is a lie and the heads of the state should be taken off until Prophet Muhammad’s State exist. The Islamic Scholars should be the guardian of the Islamic State, and the paid traitors should loose their lives for sale of Islam for the Kufr Democratic State. The enemies of Islam are those that do the bidding of the west, and Jihad against then should be first.

Fard by order of Allah...
