Its just some times they may be kind of busy and not check their PM's
or maybe not have time to reply at that moment as they may be improving the site etc..

Assalamu alaikum wr wb

We do reply to the messages if we could though if we cannot private message them or get back to them then a brother moderator will contact a the brothers and a sister moderator will contact the sisters. It has nothing to do with being mates or not, and moderators are not on 24/7. So you can send a complaint in at a certain time and there is no gurantee that someone will be there to recieve your complaint email right away, it might take time as some have other responsibilities offline.
I have children and a household to run as well as community activities plus classes..so... that's my only excuse for not getting back asap....
just have some patience insha'Allah and it'll work out.....
