Evolution is only the theory and not the fact. Then how one could prove the hypothetic theory to be the fact. In fact in Holy Quraan, Allah stated that,

O mankind! Be dutiful to your Lord, Who created you from a single person (Adam), and from him (Adam) He created his wife [Hawwa (Eve)], and from them both He created many men and women and fear Allâh through Whom you demand your mutual (rights), and (do not cut the relations of) the wombs (kinship)[]. Surely, Allâh is Ever an All¬Watcher over you. (Surah An-Nisa)

When it is clearly mentioned that we have created the human from single pair (ie. Hazart Adam and Bibi Hawwa), then is not a nonsense thing to prove human evolution from Quraan, the Holy book, on our part.

i remember once being told:

Allah created the universe and everything in it, HOW He did it - is neither here nor there. Allah hu' Alim.

Belief in the incremental development and adaptation of living organisms through various phases over many millenia is not inconsistent with belief in a Creator God.

or is it?
