Useful tips... been a while since we've been, just that alhamdulilah it really is a blessing to be called for Umrah by Allah
so don't miss out on ANY oppurtunities.
Too often ppl get caught up in the whole shopping, touring atmosphere that they forget the true reason they went.

Oh and Jumuah salaah.. get their EARLY! otherwise u'll b outside... which isnt too bad but still...

Tips? Don't struggle to do istilaam of hajre aswaad. I did on my first attempt and I got my ridaa pulled off :eek:

Just make dua :insh: on the preceeding shawat of the tawaaf that Allah swt gives you the ability to do istilaam on the coming shawat and :insh: you'll be able to.

Please make dua for us all :insh:.

mashaAllah, u r lucky ... well i havent gone myself yet, but i'd like to give a tip regarding a matter... tht is if u r gng to madinah... do try to read " The pathway to Madinah" by Ml. Abul Hasan Ali Nadwi... the book is just too good n it will help u enjoy yr madinah trip two-fold, and it makes u understand the imp. of madinah too.
