Abdullah ibn al-Hasan is a very famous Shi`ah hadith narrator and thus
you will easily able to find a reference to this hadith in a Shi`ah
hadith encyclopedia such as `Ayn Ra' Jeem (`Urj) or Bihar al-Anwar
by Muhammad Baqir al-Majlisi.

As for our Sunni hadith, then no this hadith is not found in any
common authentic collection, such as Bukhari, Muslim, Tirmidhi,
Ibn Majah, Abu Dawud, Ahmad, Malik, Darami, Nisa'i, etc. Although,
Abdullah ibn al-Hasan has narrated a famous istikharah two-unit prayer
hadith in Bukhari and other common collections.

But if you search enough you may find it in some less authenticated
report in a lesser known Sunni collection (e.g., al-Bayhaqi or
Tabarani).

We would suggest here that you contact the owners of the web-site
al-baz for a reference. Most probably, they will give you some
secondary text (e.g., Mishkat al-Anwaar) in from which they
narrated this hadith.

As for whether or not it is true or not, then we would say that
we have enough experience with hadith narrations to state that
it could very well have been uttered by the Prophet (May Allah
bless him and give him peace), but was only intended for `Ali and
some other special ears who already are good practicing Muslims.

There is no harm in acting by this hadith even if you do not
fully know its source as it contains no misguidance and one
can act by it in the hope that Allah will accept the act. This is
in conformity to what the authentic Sunni scholars state about acting
on less-authenticated hadith reports which contain no clear
misguidance.
