remember online communication loses more than 50% effectiveness due to no eye contact,lack of body language ,facial expressions,smirks,smiles etc,body posture,though we are communicating globally here,local words ,dialects,including local islamic cultures,all add to the pot pourri of folk here,using pm,s smilies helps to smooth things out but,misunderstandings unsorted,left to breed,dont help,communicate,dont just talk :D
