No offense but I would for a PM to be be able to read Normal Fonts.

If he had a cataract removed he might have thickening of the capsule in his implant. This might explain gradual deterioration of vision. A simple laser op will suffice. If it's something else, and it's progressing, he shouldn't be in office. I notice he never wears glasses when reading from his crib sheet. A man of 57 needs to wear some form of optical correction which might explain why he's struggling for close work. The Queen mother was also the same.

All in the name of vanity....tut tut
