This e-mail is just to inform you all that a new discussion area has been Alhamdulillah formed within the respected "ZamZamAcademy" website - a site wherefrom various key lectures of the noble scholar Mufti AbdurRahman ibn Yusuf, the author of "Fiqh al-Imam", can be downloaded.
The newly developed forum @ www.zamzamacademy.com, which is titled "Cooling the Cinders", is an opportunity for Muslims to offer their Muslim brothers and sisters important insight and information on how to overcome obstacles (by the permission of Allah Ta'ala) in following the Shariah while living in Western societies.
The name of the forum was inspired from the hadith of the Prophet (sallAllahu 'alayhi wa sallam) that:
'A time will come upon the people in which a person among them practicing his Religion with perseverance will be like one clutching onto a cinder.' (Reported by Imams al-Tirmidhi and Abu Dawud (rahmatullah 'alayhim))
Please feel free to share whatever any insight or practical tips you feel would benefit your brothers and sisters in overcoming their obstacles in holding fast to Allah's Shari'ah. Do not consider a word or piece of advice insignificant either as one statement, let alone an essay, can act as a means for facilitating your brothers' and sisters' adherence to the Shari'ah.
Hazrat Abu Hurayra (radhiAllahu 'anhu) reported that the Prophet (sallAllahu 'alayhi wa sallam) said, 'I saw a man going about in the Garden who was there on account of cutting down a tree in the middle of the road which had been a nuisance to the Muslims.' (Sahih Imam Muslim (rahmatullah 'alayh))
