salamo aleykom,

why would islam need to cope with any theory?
a theory is not a fact.
and in my opinion a fact is not true if it contradicts the quran and sunnah.
i think you should ask your questions to an alim in private as some of the things you talk about can lead those with weak faith into kufr.
you are basing your questions on theories which have been concocted by people who have a dillusion of grandeur regarding their intellect. these people who call themselves scientists think that they are so great that they will one day unlock the secrets of the universe. these are people who have been created from a drop of dirty fluid and emerged from a dirty place. these are people who will die and be buried and provide food for the worms.
Allah the Almighty has taught us about life through the quraan and the sunnah. what these creations of Allah who call themselves scientists have only just partly 'discovered' has been taught to us by Allah 1400 years ago. islam or Allah dos not need to cope with any theory, rather the scientists need to understand accept the true facts that have been taught to us by Allah and His Prophet (saw).

salamo aleykom;)
I'm sorry to say this, but I find it very narrow minded of you to say that what I said would be contradictory to the Quran and the Sunnah. I did not say that I believe in them nor did I confirme them. merely I stated what does Islam say about this issue.
If I knew there was an Aalim in my area, i would have asked him and I don't seem why someone would go into kufr just by a simple question. I did not put the whole theory nor did I defended it nor justify it.
don't forget, that those scientist are humans like you, who were created just like us so for you to say that they are created from dirty fluid, i find it very pathetic to say the least and that they will be eaten by worms.....brother, that's the same fate that is waiting you....eaten by worms and be comsumed by it. don't get the illusion that your body will be preserved.
I'm sorry if I offended you in any way, but I think we as muslims should be open minded to every theory and try to understand it and if it is absollutely false and contradictory, than and only than should we refute them.
wa aleykom salam;)

check again. i did not say that it can be contradictory to the quran.

you can just as easily get in touch with ulama through the internet.

i did not say that i am not human or that my body will be preserved. i mentioned such scientists as they do have a dillusion about their own place in creation. they feel that Allah is no longer required and that they have the key to life and death.
please i am not saying this out of spite. the questions you are asking are very indepth and you need to ask an alim in case they do venture into kufr which is quite possible as we do not have the necessery ilm regarding this stuff.

True! We should be more concerned about our Amaal and Akhira rather than feeding into these satanic pop-ups. I would also like to say that Br. Magherabi has not done anything wrong either by asking these questions. I have found him very sincere in putting his thoughts. May Allah guide us all to the truth.

i am not saying he has done anything wrong.
all i am saying is that some people could get lead astray by this kind of stuff.
shaitaan can use this to create doubt in peoples mind which can then fester and grow.

:salam:
I remember going to a islamic lecture where it was stated that in a hadith it says that there are 7 universes, with the first universe being a date in a desert compared to the second and the first two universes being equivalent to a date in a deserst compared to the 3rd universe etc etc and that allahs throne is the size of all the 7 universes.

Salam.
The multi-verse theory (a type of string theory) is a theory that tries to "marry" the behavior of the macro universe with the behovior of the micro universe. This fundamental incoherency of the two theories really bothers the scientists because it is in a way an admission to the incomprehesibility of nature through pure logic. It is a purely speculative theory and can never be empirical verified. So it is more like metaphysicis than science. There has been many books criticizing this idea. We don't even need to think about the theory (and its implications) because it is based on a methodology which is extremely volative (like most of the Western intellectual tradition is) and it's philosophy and not science.
