As salaamu alaykum.
From a traditional Hanafi and/or Shafi'i perspective, what are considered to be the "Islamic Sciences"?
I already have an answer from a traditional Hanbali perspective (http://212.67.202.62/~security/htspub/index.php?option=com_simpleboard&Itemid=&func=view&catid=5&id=189#189) and from a traditional Maliki perspective (as found in the Guiding Helper), but have yet to come across one from a Hanafi and/or Shafi'i perspective.
Does anyone here know about as to how the Ulema from the Hanafi and/or Shafi'i schools classified and arranged the Islamic sciences? If so, please post that information.
Jazakallahu Khair.
Wa'salaam.
P.S. If you don't understand what it is that I'm asking for, please click on the link that I have posted above in Parentheses which will take you to the Hanbali Text Society's website. After looking over that, you should get an idea of as to what it is that I am asking for.
