Assalamu Alaikum,
Is there any dua that can be recited on seeing the Ka'bah for the first time?

As soon as you see the kabah stop and stand on a side still seeing kabah and then
Say Three times Allah u Akbar,
Then Three time La illaha Illallah
then raise your both hands and do salat o wassalam on prophet and then any Dua you want.

Dua for Hidayat of whole ummah..

Also you can do dua that make me mustajab ud dawat (One whose all duas are granted)

There are nineteen places or occasions where there are chances of acceptance of Dua

First glance at Ka'bah
At the place of Mataf (The area where tawaf is performed)
During Tawaf
In front of Black Stone (Hije Aswad)
On Multazim
Hateem
Meezab ul Rahmah
Rukun ul Yamani
Muqam al Ibrahim
Near the well of ZamZam
On Hill Safa
Between green lights (in between safa and Marwa)
On the Hill Marwa
In Mina
Near Jamarat
Masjid ul Khaif where 70 thousand Prophets are resting
In Arafat
In Muzdalafa
At every place where Ka'ba can be seen

Hope this will help
Remember me in your prayers

When you enter the mataaf area, look up, raise your hands and whilst looking at the kabah, say "O Allah, accept all the duas I make whilst I'm here on my umrah / hajj."

Is the dua accepted only the very first time you see the ka'ba? What about if you leave and come back? Will the dua still be accepted or is it only the very first time you see it?

Imam Abu Hanifa advised this " make me mustajab ud dawa"

from what i heard from someone, its every first time you see the Kaabah, whether its your second or 100th Umrah; it doesn't matter. but someone knowledgeable here could confirm.

Jazakallahu khair, this is great stuff. Would it be possible to have the sources for each of them please. Not that I disagree, but there are those who question the authenticity of the first point - Seeing the Kabah for the first time.
