I would like to now what are the Fiqhi rulings about a Muslim head of state meeting with a non-Muslim delegation, head of a non-Muslim province, etc.
I have heard about the Saudi leaders being kaafir, the Pakistani leaders being kaafir, but I am not sure whether the people making such statements are knowledgeable enough about the Islaamic rulings on what is the extent of Muslim-non Muslim relations.
