In this article, Shaykh Abdal-Hakim Murad deconstructs the liberal metanarrative regarding family values while simultaneously critiquing individual rights, the power of the state, sexualized culture, feminism, and same-sex marriage and shows how Islamic culture and social values may some day be the solution to the filial decadence that is so prominent in modern life.

It's a very good article and somewhat intuitive. He also mentions the technological patchwork that can be applied in order to prevent a complete collapse of society; i.e. a forced artificial solution instead of a natural one. He says that technology can be used to prevent the morally strong and majority people from inheriting dysfunctional societies wherein a minority rules a majority. I think it's an important observation as it is being starkly demonstrated by the human-less drone attacks in Afghanistan which is wiping out hundreds of people with a single strike.
What do you think?
