Giving Sadaqah during Hajj

Usually I ignore beggars as down here they tend to abuse it on alcahol but I don't mind buying them food. However during Hajj, I do not know their intent so I should give money? Although to beg is an abhorred act, Allahu Alom

I have been given money by others to give as Sadaqah, which are the best places to give this Money? it's not like they will go around with buckets or have donation boxes in Makka/Madina right?

If these alcoholics admit that they are alcoholic and that they have a problem, it is easier to cure them.

You should make friends with them and tell them to call you whenever they get the tought to drink. I think you're speaking about Muslim alcoholics, right? If not, please ignore my suggestion.
