:salam: Brother,

I'll recommend Faiz ul U'loom or TeenPosht' or Ashraf ul U'loom.
You should keep on showing the kid the A'rabic Alphabets from a very early age around 36 months... And he can learn the qaida and how to recite at around 6 yrs, etc. But Ideal age to memorize would be from 7 - 10 and Insha Allah he should finish his memorization at most before 11-12 years of age (Ideally). Remember one more thing for duniyavi taaleem, never admit your son in Missionary or Hindu Schools in Hyderabad. Always admit him in Muslim schools like MS or others.

For your kid to improve memorization power, make dua' for him, recite Quran beside the kid whenever possible, recite the dua' for improving memory and blow onto the kid whenever possible, also safeguard your son's eyes/gazes (from BeH'aayaee, don't keep any TV, etc) from early age onwards and let him play memorization games or puzzles, etc

Hope that helps, It's a really nice intention brother, try your best to pursue it and also make duaand who knows he might even become a Mufti, etc Insha Allah.

- Wassalaam
