The name of the city was In Nayaw Pur. The word 'In' means no. Nayyaw means justice and Pur means city. Thus, this name means 'a city with no justice'. A Guru and his disciple came to this city. They started finding out the price of foodstuffs. The price of everything was the same, irrespective of the item. The price of a pound of wheat, a pound of chickpeas, a pound of Ghee, a pound of salt, a pound of meat, etc. all were the same price. When the Guru saw this, he said to the disciple that we should leave this place, this is not a suitable place to stay. In this place, the cheap and expensive items are sold at the same price.
