Mukhtasar al-Quduri - Book of Purification & Prayer [Part 1]
By Imam Abu Hasan Ahmed ibn Muhammad al Quduri

Course Content:
Based on the classic Hanafi manual of Sacred Law 'Mukhtasar al-Quduri', this course will cover the rules and regulations of Purification & Prayer, according to the Hanafi School of Islamic Law. Teaching will be done via powerpoint slides.
Course Instructor: Umair Qureshi
*Start Date:* Tuesday 15th December 2009
*Finish Date:* Tuesday 23rd February 2010
*Duration*: 1 term (12 weeks)
*Time:* Tuesdays 7.30pm
*Admin* *Fee*: £40
Registration Deadline: Tuesday 22nd December 2009
Notes: All students are required to bring an empty exercise book (A4/A5) and ideally three different coloured pens.
Copious notes will need to be taken during each lesson.
Additionally, an attendance register will be taken at each lesson.
Attendance at each lesson contributes 3% towards final mark of Paper 1 (28% in total)
Pass mark is 60%. Certificates from WLSIS will be given to successful candidates.
