I have been reading about the paedophile priests scandal in the Roman Catholic Church, and started wondering about the testimony of children. If a boy or girl says that a man did such and such things; how do we regard it?

(Lest we laugh too hard at the Catholics, I have heard of the strange "Baca Bazi" of Afghanistan, while in my country I have heard of fathers molesting their own daughters. In many cases it only came to light because the mother ran away from home and took the daughter to save her from the abuse).

I remember years ago that reading the Catholics had a prophesy from the Third Vision of Fatima (meaning a Vision of Mary in a village called Fatima, in Spain) that John Paul II will be the second last Pope, and who comes after him will be last, and the Church itself destroyed...
