salam,
Hadiths narrated throgh jinns? lol. Thats what our religion is based on? or is it based on the guidance of Allah i.e., Kur'an. whether the hadish is claimed to be narrated thru jinns or so called holy people, you just need to study Kur'an again n again.
hada kum Allah

Dear Brother, Assalaamoalaikum

Our religion is based on the guidance of Allah(SWT) - i.e. through the Holy Qur'an AND as more fullly explained by Allah(SWT)'s Beloved through his sayings and actions. So, hadiths do provide guidance also.

Imam shaibah(rh) said, if any muhaddith narrats you something whose face isnt visible, then you should not take hadith from him. Its possible that Shaitan has changed his face and narrating fabricated hadith.

Shaykh Abdul Fattah Abu Ghuddah criticized the taking of ahadith from jinn, since no one can find out about their reality: their truthfulness, accuracy, etc. One of the jinns, named Mu'ammar, Shaykh Abdul Fattah calls him a Kadhab (liar) in the hadith of Musafaha (shaking hands), in his footnote to 'Allama Lucknawi's work on Ilm ul Hadith.

I read through some of these with an alim just now (I don't know Arabic). Hazrat Shah Waliullah :rahma: says in that document that these have no legal standing whatsoever because they were narrated by Djinn and he only related them pretty much for curiosity's sake (and he offered nothing in the way of judging their authenticity, nor would he attempt to defend them). They are pretty interesting. Shah Waliullah (ra) thought that perhaps Djinn might have had some specific rulings directed only towards them so these hadith are for the djinnat (since Nabi :saw: was a prophet to Djinn and Human both).

What I thought was more interesting was that the book contains a section on narrations from Al-Khidr :alayhis:. I'll look through those with the alim some other time when they are free.

that doesnt make sense.

if his face isnt visible then why would shaitaan need to change his face? and if he did change his face then how would the other person know if his face isnt visible?

could you mean that shaitaan could have changed his voice?
