How long does it take to get different kinds of ijazas? Like for example an ijaza in aqeedah, an ijaza in tassawuf, an ijaza in fiqh, an ijaza in hadith, etc.
Like average time periods.
I ask because I am wondering that if I were to study for one, how long it would take after University studies.

No specific time, it depends on every individual. You could get an Ijaza for tasawwuf in a minute and it has happened.

Give it about 3 years per ijaza if you're schmart. Most people specialise though - find what you're good at and stick with it seems like a good idea..

Do they do Ijazas on just Arabic language in Islamic schools? (Intense Arabic Language not just Arabic, like grammar etc.)

Like the first person said, it's diff. for each person. Some people are able to learn quite quickly, and some others aren't. It might also depend on your teacher and his or her method of instruction.
As for the Arabic thing, I would think that varies at diff. institutions.
