Log out at top of screen?

Any chance you could put a log out link at the top of the screen as well as the bottom? It would be very useful. We have to keep scrolling down otherwise.

Heh, was only joking. We tried to keep commonly used things at the top as logout isn't something people have to do often. I'll look into it - think that menu needs a redo anyway.
