As salaamu aleikum,
this recording is a ta'leeq of the Nadhm on Seera Nabawiyya SAW, "Qurratul Absar" by the Moroccan 'Aalim, 'Abdul 'Azeez Ibn 'Abdul Wahid Al Mekknaasii (passed away around 880AH). The ta'leeq is made by the Mauritanian 'Aalim, Ghaali Muhammad Al Ameen.
The text of the nadhm is as below, it is 341 lines long.

The intent on posting is two-fold:
1/ It is an authentic nadhm on Seera. The ta'leeq is also very authentic, as it is made by an 'Aalim who made a lot of research on Seera during his life.
2/ The benefit of Seera as mentioned by the 'ulama is: It creates the love of Nabee SAW and of the Sahaaba RA, which is the source of imaan. The gatherings of zikr are not held with anything better-after the Quran-than the events of the life of Nabee SAW.
3/ It is in Arabic, and in a very easy flowing form, which will benefit those who are learning Arabic as well as those advanced students who are not so used to speaking/listening to Arabic. Sheikh Al Ghaali made a ta'leeq and essentially read it out loud on the tapes (audio-book so to say).
There is an English version of lectures that a Mauritanian 'Aalim residing in California made. If there is interest in those recordings, I will have to get permission from the Sheikh to make them public and will have to review the translation before posting here. As you all know, this requires time, so please speak out if you are interested in this (maybe I should put out a voting thread; in shaa Allah if there are 50 people interested it will be enough to review and then post).
We found the lectures to be beneficial to the English speaking brothers/sisters who listened to them, so I have no reason to think that they will not be beneficial to others.
Audios are beneficial in many ways, especially with our current lifestyles...one can listen to it on their computer, or in their car, or on their ipod etc....without having to read the actual book.
Hope it is of benefit.
May Allah ta'alaa grant us all tawfeeq.
