We are studying anatomy and have to learn about the male reproductive system. We have learned about this before, but not to this extent. The resources show actual pictures of the male organs, and highlight all the parts. (Not trying to be nasty) They show everything, and some show them pulling there foreskin back when talking about circumcision. My question is, is it haram? Im there to learn about it, im not getting any pleasure. But its another man's awrah.

Asalam Alykum WrWb,
Brother what course are you taking? Is it medicine or BHSc?
If you are an undergrad and studying it as science degree then it would be limited to pictures only and you can just block this pictures in the lecture slides or put a sticky paper on the text book
but if it is medicine then let alone pictures, you will actually be examining real male and female genitalia, youl have to touch them, examine them etc. They teach you so you can help the patients.
I have seen some brothers who put sticky note paper on the picture in the textbook etc but you cant do that with a real patient.
your job is to keep your intention straight. Forward on, youl have autopsy, cadavers, real patients which you cant avoid. So keep your intention in check and solely for the sake of Allah SWT that you are learning this knowledge to help others.
There were many scholars who were medical specialist too.
And, shouldnt you be worried about female more than male?

I am more worried about female, but we are not studying them yet. Also I had another question ive had many 7th graders ask me if is haram to see the reproductive videos in there course. They show the (actual) female parts, also during birth.

They are showing this to seventh graders? Is this a health class? A sex education class? I don't know about where you live, but here parents are given the option to not allow their child to partake in those classes. Schools are required to notify parents if they are having these classes and parents are supposed to be given the option to review the materials and opt out of the class. Some schools here won't even have those classes at all except for select students whose parents sign an agreement form beforehand.

Yup, This is just a regular science class showing this stuff. The parents arent told about the video specifically, they are just told it is part of the curriculum. The parents have no idea that they are showing the real thing. So what would be the ruling on that, being a gynecologist is haram for men, so wouldnt this be too? And isnt it worse if they are showing parts of the women to men than the mens to men?

The US, I've found that the UK is more modest on the matter. Though im not sure of that.

I assumed its the US, UK curricula is modest to some extend.
Its all on your intentions. Dont get carried away with the pictures and start imagining things. You mentioned you want to join the higher classes of science so you are bound to come across more details of genitalia. Just learn the objectives of the class and move on. Dont let your thoughts wander.
If you can, try to avoid these sessions, inform your parents and get some muslim parents together to see if some action could be taken.
If its is exactly " Haraaam", il try to ask my Shaykh and get back to you.

Curriculum in the US is usually more modest than that also.
If there are problems, I would implore the parents to speak out. I have seen schools take actions when parents come together against something.

:salam:
Dude, I was 11 years old in science class and the teacher put on a video of a women giving birth and the camera was positioned where the doctor delivering the baby was (I think he might have been wearing it on his clothes, can't remember exactly). Teacher didn't even say what the vid was about before he put it in, I thought it was just going to be a standard documentary (we didn't even know we were studying reproduction). Man, the UK isn't more modest, I would always have assumed the US was more modest due to the strong conservative presence there
I got laughed at for shutting my eyes when I realised what the video was showing
