Assalamualaikum

As the title suggests, if anyone can tell me of existing places that serve halal meat in Cordoba and Granada it would be much appreciated. There are a few kebab shops, a google search brings up some of them but some are closed.

Proper halal spanish food like tapas seems hard to find.

salams sister,
please visit www.zabihah.com/ and you check about food outlets/restaurants all over the world.
111 food outlets listed for spain and 38 of these are in andalucia.also tells you status of the outlet being muslim owned ,alcohol free etc.
also has reviews of people who have visited the restaurant.
i think its a brilliant site with much more information.
hope it helps.

Bismillah
Best thing would be to pay visit to Granda Central Masjed on Friday. They have a small eatery (open) on friday after salaat on the basement. Also ask them where you can get halal food.
Also there is a resturant alley in the city as well and eat only fish dish! I have had the best dish there so far. and stick to paela (vegeterian).

On a side I really do not see the benefit of going through all this hassel when spendin extra 30 quid, all these will be catered for. Hence I recommend people use available means such as this link below. They are really quiet cost effective way of getting most out of your visit.

Allahualam

Thatīs true and I would have liked to do that but it was quite a last minute decision in terms of location. We also travelled from Istanbul and looking at that site they do only packaged tours.

Where is the grand Masjid in Cordoba? There seems to be only a small musallah from our research and besides it is now Saturday afternoon :)

Names of restaurants would be a big help, its a little disappointing in terms of food and drink though.
Muslim brother if you could pass on the names it would be great, Granada is our next stop inshaAllah.

Is Morocco the same in terms of halal food, or would our options be better

JazakAllah khair. I'm back from Spain now but I'll keep that in mind if I go back next year. Cordoba was the hardest place to find halal food. Almost impossible. And that's a really good price as well.
