Aqeedah is the most important branch of the Islamic Sciences a Muslim needs to learn. Without having firm and the requisite knowledge of this subject a Muslim is prone to other inclinations which may effect his standing in front of Allah. In these series of classes we will cover the fundamental pillars of Iman and what a Muslim must believe and practice. These classes will be primarily based on selections from the classical ‘Aqeedah al-Tahawiyyah’ composed by Imam Abu Ja`far al-Tahawi d.321 AH & ‘The Book of Iman’ by Dr Sh Naeem Yasin, a contemporary book on the fundamentals of Aqeedah which is based on the works of Imam Ibn Taymiyyah and the Aqeedah al-Tahawiyyah.
