Is there any difference of opinion amongst the ahnaaf for the distinction of heavy sleep and just slumber for some seconds? Is there a difference of opinion on that topic also?
If a person is sleeping while reclining and his buttocks are firm on the
ground, then there are two opinions regarding his Wudhu.
The correct opinion is that his Wudhu does not break as also indicated in
Nurul Idhaah with the words 'Alaz zaahir feehima.' The preferred view is
expressly stated in the Haashia (footnotes) of Nurul Idhaah pg.36, Qadeemi.
