Qasr salah intention

If you're a traveler and its time for Dhuhr salah for example, do you have to make the intention to pray: 1. Just dhuhr (even though it will be shortened) 2. Qasr-dhuhr or 3. Just qasr?

Wa Alaykum Salam Wa Rahmatullaahi Wa Barakahtuhu

The intention should be from the heart, as Allaah knows all the heart's intentions.

Would you pray 2 rakahs or 4? If 4 then Dhuhr. If 2 then Qasr Dhuhr.
