As Salam Alaykum,
Brothers whenever in the Musjid there is a bayan or Taleem the brother says something before and after, I think its a darood shareef; do you know which one should be read? After the Taleem it starts with "Subhanallahi.."

If a brother goes on 3 day Jamaat, how many times does he has to stand up and Speak (Bayan); I have a stuttering problem and have stage freight that's why I ask.

JazakAllah.

:ws: brother.
Usually any durud is recited and at the ending the dua' for ending the majlis is recited. There is no fixed no of times that a brother should stand and give a bayan. If you have a problem you can explain it to the amir of the jamat and excuse yourself from public speaking. When you go in a jamat concentrate on learning and teaching, praying on time, offering tahajjud, making dua' and correcting your nafs. Do not think of anything else. The bayan and meeting people and talking and explaining are of no importance whatsoever.

Upon Leaving Any Gathering

"If anyone sits in an assembly in which fruitless talking takes places and if that person before leaving says:

سُبْحَانَكَ اللَّهمَّ وَبِحَمْدِكَ، أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لا إِلَهََ إِلاَّ أَنْتَ أَسْتَغْفِرُكَ وَأَتُوْبُ إِلَيْكَ
'Subhana kalla-humma wa bi hamdika ash-hadu al-la ilaha illa anta astaghfiroka wa-atubu ilaika.'
(O Allah! Holy are You and all praise is for You. I testify that there is no god but You. I ask for Your forgiveness and turn to You in repentance.)

Nabi Sallallahu alaihi Wa Sallam has said the recital of the following Dua before standing up from any gathering is a means of forgiveness of the sins commited in it:

“Subhanallahi Wa bihamdihi, Subhaana kallahumma Wa bihamdika Wa ashadu alla ilaaha illa anta Astaghfiru ka Wa atubu ilayka”

'Glory be to Allah and praise be to Him. O Allah I glorify You and praise you and testify that there is none worthy of worship but You. I seek your forgiveness and I turn to you.'

there should be no compulsion to do a bayaan especially if it is difficult for you to talk. just tell the ameer about your problem and you will not need to do bayaan.

Initially I too had the same problem, now Allah had made it easy for me to give Bayan. It depends on your Fikr.
Daily have the Fikr for the fellow Muslims, automatically Allah will make it easy for you to give Bayan.

Tell to your Ameer, that you need some days to give Bayan. He ll understand

I think you're talking about Ayats 180-182 of Surah As-Saffat (37):

سُبْحَانَ رَبِّكَ رَبِّ الْعِزَّةِ عَمَّا يَصِفُونَ
وَسَلَامٌ عَلَى الْمُرْسَلِينَ
وَالْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ

"Exalted is your Lord, the Lord of might, above what they describe.
And peace upon the messengers.
And praise to Allah , Lord of the worlds."
