Isaale swaab to ghair mahram

Is it permissbale for a woman to send isaale swaab to a ghair mahram man, and for a man to send Isaale swaab to a ghair mahram woman, whether alive or dead?

Are there any specific conditions of action or intention when sending this type of Isaale swaab?

I personally think there is nothing wrong in sending sawaab to the ghair muhrim because when u send ihsaal-e-sawaab to the whole ummah, not everyone is ur muhrim. Moreover many people send ihsaal-e-sawab to their neighbours but they are not their muhrims. So i think its permissible infact mustahab and Allah knows best
