intermitent periods

i have gone in to early menopause but due to my medication I bleed everyone now and then, can i still say my prayer or do i need to have a bath everytime before praying.

please advise

If you're bleeding occasionally but not continuously, you just need to make wudhu. No need to bathe every time. Having said that, you should figure out when your days of menstruation are according to te fiqhi rulings on the matter and not just go by what you see.

Write down all your dates, including days when you had spotting and take them to a reputable scholar to work out your days of menstruation and days of purity. Alternatively, you could post here. There are a few sisters here who have studied these rulings in depth and could help you out.
