Why / When did the prophet s.a.w leave rafayadain ?

I heard the prophet s.a.w left rafayadain before and after rukoo post this Quranic relevation

“Verily, man was created impatient, irritable when evil touches him and ungenerous when good touches him. Except for those devoted to prayer, those who remain constant in their prayers…” (Quran 70:19-23)

Can this be a possibility? Did any scholar point to this ?

My elder brother told me today that he heard a speech sometime ago and learnt that there was an Quranic aayat of Surah Muminoon post which the prophet stopped doing Rafayadain.

However, he fails to recall the lecture.

Want someone to please confirm.

I learnt this from Mufti Shabbir Saheb that some mufassireen have commented stating post revelation of Surah Al Mominoon Aayat 1,2 the prophet stopped doing rafayadain before and after Rukoo.

Surah Al-Mu'minun (The Believers)

Translation:

1. Successful indeed are the believers.

2. Those who offer their Salat (prayers) with all solemnity and full submissiveness.

can someone please comment and provide any tafseer mentioning / indicating the same by any muffassir - scholar.

Can someone also tell me when was this aayat revealed date / month / year ? Any good weblink to find this ?

Need inputs on this for I wish to compare the dates of the ahadees that Imam Bukhari R.E.H and others stated regarding doing Rafayadain before and after rukoo should ideally be before the date of the revelation of this Quranic Aayat !!
