What is the best way to concentrate in salah?

I have a problem in concentration during salah .I read many post regarding this on websites.It works for few day,after attending istema or lectures on this issue then again I start loosing my concentration.I don't no it happens to me only.
Please give me some suggestion.

1. Use very less water for wudhu, try to use one glass of water
2. Pray lengthier Nafl Salahs

One of the factors of waswasa affecting a personin salaah is doing wudhu in the same place as the toilet. There are hadiths mentioning this. Another factor that cannot be overstated is the importance of making every act of life in concordance with the Sunnah and always remembering your Lord. Sins rust the heart which has a consequence on the quality of the ibaadat that you offer.

Try closing your eyes for short periods in Salaah and concentrate on Qiyaamah and the standing before Allah :taala:. Then open eyes and try to maintain that focus.

The most important aspect of all this is not to lose hope in your ibaadat and never think of it as being worthless.

This problem does not just affect you my brother. It affects me and many other Muslims also. We just have to strive on improving the quality of our Salaah.

Try to concentrate on the words that you are reading
i.e to say, you listen to your words

In addition to what others have said, I find that performing muraqabah (of the naqshbandi mujaddidi silsila) regularly helps greatly with this.

The attainment of Ikhlas is the key . We do every ibadah 'Khales' for Allah . As the Rasul said when you say your salah think as if you are watching Allah , if you can not do that think of Allah watching you.

How best to achive this state is a learning point for me too .

Try to concentrate what are you reading focus your eyes at only one place dont think any thing regarding to the world thing only about GOD and dare from her...
