Question about menstruation.

:salam: Hope everybody is doing good inshaAllah.

I would greatly appreciate help with regards to this issue since it's affecting my salat.

Period was due 2 days ago, normally when period is due there is some spotting and period starts in full force within 10-12 hrs. Spotting occured on the day period was due (i.e. 2days ago) but there is still no sign of period, this has happened a couple of times in the past when period started 2 days after spotting (on one occasion it started 3 days later). Since the spotting I stopped praying because I assumed, like always, that period has started and will come in full force any minute but it hasn't. Now am confused here, should I pray? If yes, should I do ghusl now? If I shouldn't pray then for how long should I wait?

I am no scholar, but in my opinion if you do not see blood after 24 hours then you should perform ghusl and pray nshaAllaah.

asalamu alaykum.... i got a question, if i have brown discharge for say 5days,few droplets of blood in the begining days,after day 5 everything stops...and it is that period of my mentruation cycle. should i consider those days as having mentruation or not?
