Brothers I am looking for hanfi views on my problem. My problem is that my father inherited agricultural proproperty from my grand father. Later on after my father's retirement financial problem arise, at that time my elder brother was married and I have five sisters who were un married at that time so my father decided he will sale the property at the time of my sisters marriage. Then I got good job in Dubai and married four of my sisters only one sister is left but ALHAMDOLILLAH I don't have any problem mean I have money to marry her, my elder brother having no share in their marriage.my problem is this that my father wants to transfer property in my name but I told him every body having share including my brothers and sisters. But my father, mother and sisters and younger brother are insisting me to transfer property in my name. I want you to tell me the right way to tackle this issue. Thanks
