As'salamu 'alaykum,
The original document can be found here: The Risala of Ibn Abi Zayd (http://ourworld.compuserve.com/homepages/ABewley/Page17.html). The above lecture is a beautiful lecture, although the Mauritanians have some slight differences with the Moroccan, but not in essential matters. Anyone who listens to it, who hasn't gotten the opportunity to study the fiqh of Ramadan with a teacher will benefit from it tremendously.

Does Sidi Muhammad Rami Nsour teach according to the Mauretanian or Moroccan understanding then?

Assalamu'alaikum,
Can anyone point out a Ramadan timetable for Malikis (in London) please? My local mosques have different times for subh and esha, some have fajr time very early.
I've read on here on a past thread Muslim World League is the most correct for Malikis, is this still the case?
Jazakum Allah khayran.
