What is the view regarding 'ulama appearing on videos andtv for education

In light of the previous answer (http://www.sunniforum.com/forum/showthread.php?89632-Permissible-for-women-to-look-at-na-mahram-males&goto=newpost), what is the view regarding 'ulama and educationalist appearing on videos and television for the purposes of teaching/education? Taking into fact that they do not have control over the viewer ship i.e. na-mahram females would be included.

These types of questions just lead to hatred and sectarianism. It is better to avoid these type of questions which have to practical application other than creating doubts.
